Escape rooms are fine. But nobody's ever told a story about one. Watch your quietest colleague hold pads while the sales manager throws combinations — that's a team day.
We run a 90-minute private session: wrap-up, group warm-up, pad-work rotations, a friendly 'team vs team' bag challenge, and a stretch out. All levels mixed deliberately — the format only works because everyone's a beginner together.
Sessions run before or after business hours so the floor is exclusively yours. We've hosted law firms, tradie crews, sales teams and one very competitive accounting practice.
