The full picture

The fitness class that doesn't feel like cardio

BoxFit is what happens when you take the conditioning out of real boxing training and drop the contact. Bag intervals, skipping, core circuits, sled pushes — the exact work our fighters do, minus the getting-punched part.

Dana Whitfield programs every session. As an ex-sprinter she understands interval work in a way that makes most 'HIIT' classes look like flailing. Stations rotate, rounds are short, and the playlist doesn't have a single whale sound on it.

Perfect if you want boxing fitness without wanting to box — or if you're a class member adding an extra engine day.

How it runs

A BoxFit session breakdown

45 minutes, five blocks, zero boredom — this is the structure every session follows.

BoxFit circuit with ropes and medicine balls
Pulse raiser

Five minutes of rope and dynamic movement — joints warm before anything hard starts.

Bag intervals

30-second efforts on the heavy bags with active rest. Rounds feel short because they are.

Station circuit

Six stations — sled, med balls, battle ropes, skipping, shadow rounds. Ninety seconds each.

Core block

The part everyone hates and needs. Boxing-specific trunk work in short sets.

Stretch out

Five minutes down on the mats. You'll walk out feeling taller than you walked in.

Questions

BoxFit questions

No — it's real boxing conditioning. The intervals, stations and round structure are the same ones our fighters use. You hit actual heavy bags, not the air.

Nobody touches anybody. It's you, the bags, the ropes and the clock. Zero contact, zero risk of a stray elbow.

Every station has two versions. Coaches scale you without making a thing of it — nobody will know you're on the easier option.

Two to three sessions a week is the sweet spot for fitness gains. More than that and we'd rather see you in a proper boxing class learning skill too.
